I've been using this for one year after my dermatologist recommended it after I asked her about making some changes to routine and products. It's a heavy cream but doesn't feel that way after it goes on. Perfect for face and neck. I love that it has ingredients no other line has. I like to use this in conjunction with other lines so that I benefit from a fuller range of active ingredients. My skin looks more fresh after using this over time. Absolutely recommend!
