I have used this shampoo for several years and have always been happy with the results. However, I have noticed that the product is now thinner and I need to use more because it does not clean as well as in the past. The formula definitely seems to have changed which is incredibly disappointing. I will try another bottle but may have to change to another brand because otherwise too expensive.
