I have dry hair and only one application made my hair so soft and manageable. I only used it once and the results were really great. I am a swimmer as well as I dye my grey roots monthly so I need a good conditioner and this one is impressive. I will continue to use it. Only a small amount of conditioner to cover your hair is needed.
