I have used this product for over 6 years. I have oily scalp and it was my favorite shampoo. I tried other brands but always come back to this one. However, the formula changed and it is now terrible!!! It feels greasy when I rinse the shampoo off, almost feels like I am rinsing off the conditioner not shampoo. it does not clean well. My hair gets very oily with the new formula, while the old formula left my scalp clean and refreshed. my scalp gets more and more itchy after each use and I get more hair loss. Many people are complaining about the same thing on social media: scalp itchiness, hair loss and greasy hair after using the new version. It no longer suits oily hair type as it is designed for. I don't understand why the brand decided to downgrade a good product to such a terrible one. Please bring back the old formula. Will never never buy again unless they bring back the old version.
