this stuff paired with the conditioner is amazing. it leaves hair super soft but shiny and bouncy. it smells amazing! it gives my hair such life and healthiness to it. my hair is usually curly and frizzy when i do not have a keratin treatment in. i use this after my keratin washes out since it does have sls in it, though surprisingly it's not harsh on my hair like other shampoos.
