Preface: I'm a redhead with sensitive and acne prone skin - didn't have a reaction to the product! I have used this on a few ingrown hairs now and it really does its job! Depending on the stage of the ingrown, it usually takes several days (with this cream) for the thing to surface and clear out. Better than it hanging around for weeks! You only need a little, so this jar is going to last me a long time. Only con of the purchase was that I received old packaging and it's not as nice looking as what you see in the picture, though the product is still valid.
