The shampoo is a great consistency. That’s the only positive I have to say. I was influenced to buy from this range due to the great things I heard about it. I was hoping it would help my damage thick coarse hair, it didn’t. It has an unpleasant chemical smell. Not sure if it’s meant to smell like this or if it’s a faulty batch. My hair didn’t feel soft or less dry after using it. Honestly just felt the same. Please don’t waste your money on this product. Instead a recommendation, if you can afford it. Try Olaplex no.4. Personally I had better results and my hair didn’t feel dry after using it.
