The product packaging is awful, the on-off twist mechanism is really fiddly and gets stuck easily, and mine is now refusing to budge at all from the off position. The butter itself is really runny and doesn’t smell nice either. Possibly one of the worst lip products I’ve ever tried. And I’ve tried a LOT :(
