Rated poor bc not delivered properly. They use some weird courier to deliver the packages instead of an established company like FedEx UPS USPS. Because of that the courier could not access my building as it requires a special code and they left it in a dangerous place where it was promptly stolen leaving me out of a lot of money. I have many complaints out with various parties about this, but if they just use a normal shipping company, then my package would be delivered as those normal shipping companies have all the access they need to my secure building. Therefore, my problem is with their shipping and the fact that I was deprived of all my skin care products that cost a lot of money right before a big trip. Therefore, because of their shipping, I will not be using this company again because I’m sure my packages will just get stolen again given that they use a weird courier.
