Customer service ignored me. Lips peeled from use.

I paid $16 to ship my order back even though most of the items were not as described and caused my lips to peel and become dry on top of not looking like it did in the past. I will never support this company again or recommend them. I loved this formula when I first tried it at Kohls years ago but it’s almost like a different product now. The other color has sweat beads which can indicate old lipstick but also temperature or storage issues. Don’t make the same mistake I did the reviews are mostly 5-6 years old and I don’t know how fresh the product is because customer service ignored my email. If they send me a defective product they should pay the return shipping.
