This is probably my sixth or seventh bottle of this shampoo over the years. It's very effective and has a great scent! I use it 1-2 times a month to strip off any residue left by other shampoos and calm my scalp. I have long hair and appreciate that the shampoo is very concentrated so I only need a little compared to drugstore shampoos. It's appropriate for both genders - my boyfriend uses it too.
