II have been a loyal customer for years. Unfortunately, my items were stolen off my porch. A 3rd party delivery company Uline (or whatever it is ) person just threw it on my porch at 10 o’clock at night and it was taken in the morning. Now I know it’s not the company‘s fault that my items were stolen, but I did try to contact the company. I used my birthday discount my points and was just only asking to see if I could reuse those so I wouldn’t be out all of the money. It’s obviously computer generated because I couldn’t even explain my story because there was no choice for that. I kept getting messages back like dod you look in the yard and all kinds of stupid things. So I will not be ordering ever again.
