Very easy to swallow

I have been taking these supplements for approx 3 months. I was reluctant to try these as in the past I found capsules don’t agree with me. But no trouble with these at all, I think this is due to the quality of ingredients used. Main reason was for trying these is because I suffer from eczema, and I want to strengthen my damaged skin. This is a long game with no overnight results, but I am very happy so far. Will be interesting to see the results in another 3 months. Not many ingredients involved so it’s better for the body. Do give it a go🙌🏼
