I’ve been taking msm pills for years, and whereas I don’t feel I necessarily get all the advertised claims. I’ve had a lot of issues with joint swelling, in addition to other symptoms indicative of perhaps autoimmune dysfunction (however Could not find anything in my blood works). I do always have much less inflammation in my body - including my skin as someone prone to Rosacea and dermatitis, where I notice most benefit is particularly my hand joints ( I work with my hands as someone in the beauty industry) and I find whilst not eliminating my rosacea - it makes my skin in general less reactive to products and environments. I bought these on sale, and if you can buy them on sale, when there is any offers or with GWP it is worth it. These are a lot easier to swallow than most other pure MSM tablets on the market which are not encapsulated.
