Fantastic Results

I was struggling with brittle nails for ages until a friend of mine recommended trying these MSM capsules to make them stronger. It took me about 3 months to see results and my nails are now stronger than ever (If I don't cut them they become so long, as nothing seems to break them now!). What surprised me the most was the effect of these capsules on the pain I was feeling in my lower back.
