I started using this spray in Jan 2026 due to hormonal hair loss/thinning, mainly towards the front of my scalp. My sister used it and had a lot of new hair growth after about 3 months. I have tried a few highly reviewed items with no luck, so I decided to try this since it helped my sister. It's been about 5 months of regular (daily) use. After 3 months I saw no improvement. I am just now seeing a few new hairs and I believe some thickening, so maybe it is beginning to work? Enough hope that I will try another bottle (almost out after 5 months of use) before I give up. If I don't see more improvement after the 2nd bottle, I will stop as the cost is on the high end.
