This set was pricey, but it ended up working very well, I bought more for when I run out! 38F, super fine and fragile hair—was dense at one point, but had been really flat for the past couple years, and I’d noticed that it seemed to be thinning. I’ve used this set for the past 2 months, about 3-4 times a week. My hair looks and feels extremely smooth, healthy, and is noticeably denser than before. I love it!! I love my hair a lot now :-) Make sure to follow the directions (this conditioner is meant to be applied to the scalp first, then combed through to the ends… I didn’t use the conditioner right at first), it really helps prevent breakage. I use the shampoo & conditioner (I don’t care for the scalp spray that came with this particular set), and either Hair Alchemy balm or Featherbalm. I usually blow dry my hair and both serums are good at protecting from damage and frizz (I think I prefer Hair Alchemy)
