I purchased this shampoo because I have a sensitive scalp, but unfortunately, it caused an immediate burning and itching sensation right after use — not even the next day. I’ve never experienced such a reaction before, and I’ve tried many luxury and non-luxury hair products. This was extremely disappointing. I’ve always trusted Oribe for their quality and ingredients, but this product was a major letdown. Thankfully, after switching to another brand, my scalp felt much better after just one wash. Very disappointed overall.
