When testing this top coat, I tried Glass Me Anything over two coats of Bubble Bath, not on its own. It applied very smoothly and evenly and the brush was the perfect width. I didn't have issues with streaking or brush marks/bubbles when applying. To be honest though, I was a little underwhelmed by the effect as it was so subtle. It did add a faint sheen, but the silver shimmer wasn't super noticeable on top of Bubble Bath (a very pale pink). It looked nice enough, but didn't dramatically change the manicure. I wished it were a bit more pearlescent. On top of the two coats, it took a little while to dry, but I imagine on its own that it wouldn't. That being said, it did hold up very well for nearly a week. I work in an office and type all day long and really had no noticeable chipping. When it came time to remove it, it came off fairly easily with regular acetone polish remover, no special soaking or scrubbing needed. So if you like understated and natural shine, this may be for you!
