I have been using this eye balm as my only under eye cream for almost a decade. It’s the only thing that keeps the skin moisturized and prevents flaking. It’s oily but absorbs fast so I just use a little in the mornings and more in the evenings. Have tried switching a few times to others that promise more anti aging results but they never work and I always come back to this one for the hydration.
