I got introduced to this balm at a facial and liked it so much that I ordered it to have at home. I use it as my morning cleanse and first cleanse at night. I wipe it off with a warm washcloth and then do the rest of my skin care. I have really dry skin especially in MN winter, and this is moisturizing, plumping, and doesn't clog my pores. Highly recommend!
