I was so excited to get this, but after using it, it's not as good as I thought it would be. First off, I wish it had a nice drawstring bag to put it in so it doesn't scratch up my drawer or gets scratched up itself. The box that it comes in is extremely secure but it's extremely difficult to get it out of the foam that it is sitting in, it was really hard to get it out to where it almost flew out of the box onto the floor, thankfully that didn't happen and I caught it. I did try to just lay it on top of the foam but it keeps getting stuck into the cutout portion of it and it's still very difficult to get out..that's why there's a need for a nice drawstring bag to keep it in. Secondly, I do like that it seems to stay cold and contour and de-puff my face, but I don't seem to see the results that I see with other facial massagers . I would not refer it to my friends because I think there are more effective products out there, but I still like it enough to keep it just for the cooling affect under my eyes and because it feels like an aesthetician's massage when I use it on my forehead, other than that it doesn't seem to do as good of a job.
