I have only used it for a few weeks now, so I cant tell if there is any improvement yet, but I do love using this device in the morning after putting on my eye cream. It feels like its de-bagging and tightening my eye area, it also wakes me up a bit which is always a plus! So far so good on this item, I will have to use it more to see a big difference I think.
