I had high hopes for this product as it a) held me accountable to applying my eye cream correctly rather than rubbing it in which I know better but I still continually do and b) made sense and seemed like it would be effective with minimal lift on my part. However, my first one broke after two weeks of use. Dermstore kindly replaced, but the second one broke also and I never heard back. I don't know if it was user error, but they would randomly turn on and I could hear them in my drawer. I eventually tossed it because it never worked. I could name a thousand better ways to spend money. An eye tool attachment to a higher quality tool like NuFace or Clarisonic is a better investment.
