Given the price, I was expecting more from how this was made. It is all plastic, including the head that looks like it might be cooling metal. It's not and the vibration feels good and makes you feel as if whatever product you just used is absorbing better and hopefully is stimulating bloodflow in the skin to make it overall healthier, but I feel like that might be intention- to make you feel like it is doing more than it is actually doing. With that being said, I use mine every morning and night and hope it will help with aging
