As a menopausal person in a very dry climate, thumbs down on a suddenly exceptionally dry skin and scalp. Everything is on a scale between Maddeningly Itchy and Eventually Maddeningly Itchy. I’ve not given lots of thought to my scalp until now, and was happy to try this product. Photos are clearly sans any makeup or product aside from skin care routine (blue top is before, darker top is after). I don’t use product or heated tools on my hair at all. Used a generous dollop (a great podcast you should listen to), massaged through from scalp to ends. It’s a milder minty smell, very creamy consistency. Left on for about 6 minutes, and a very thorough rinse later, this hair felt incredibly silky and soft. My scalp felt …not at all itchy. Calm and a tiny bit minty. My hair dried quicker than usual (with more natural wave popping) and the slight mintiness remained til bedtime. Silky and easy to comb even through the next day! Looking forward to a once-weekly use and appreciate this little scalp treat.
