I feel like the polish was accurately portrayed in the listing photos. I also feel like the base color does shift to purple at some angles which is nice. The formula itself was a little bit watery and even in three coats I could see bald spots. I think this polish could really benefit from having a wide brush in it. In my photo and video I am wearing Nocturne in 3 coats over an opaque my **** color.
