It saddens me to write this but this is what it is: The product is truly fantastic! Amazing, effective, great texture and everything. But the packaging is the worst invention ever made. Usually packaging would not bother me but in this case it’s highly annoying. The cutter is clumsy, inaccurate and messy. I don’t believe the argument that this individual packing would ensure the accurate amount dispensed as some still gets left in the packaging and is almost impossible to get out of the sachet. Let’s also not forget the amount of wastage that’s generated. The return envelope for recycling is almost a necessity with the amount of wasted packaging generated with this product. Such a shame, a simple bottle or pipette would have been so much better and it can still be presented in a premium manner like the price and advertising portrays. Having said all that, the product is truly fantastic, the advertisements don’t lie or exaggerate. Sorri for this not so great review
