I’ve been using this product since August 2023 and this is the FIRST time the eye cream had clumps in it. At first, I thought that it was just one packet but unfortunately it has been all of the packets (about 6) that I have plucked out of the refill stack in random places: is this product old or has air gotten into the packet? I’ve applied pressure on the packet & they appear to be completely sealed but I am suspect. Please resolve this! I have received another refill since I have a subscription so I hope this one is not clumpy. I would recommend this product but ONLY if it isn’t clumpy
