I have only used these once so I couldn't speak to the longevity of the product. I didnt notice anything from using them once in terms of skin improvement, but I liked how they felt on my skin. Although they kept falling off, so that was slightly frustrating. However I may have been placing them too high so I will try a bit lower next time.
