I have been using Neocutis Neck Firming cream for many years and know exactly what it looks and smells like. I usually buy from my dermatologist directly but bought from here instead. It IS NOT the real product. It was brown and smelled like chemicals and I tried it on my hands to check the absorption and found it was sticky and felt like almost pure glycerin hand soap. The bottle had scrapes and scratches along the edges and the numbers printed on the bottom were smudged to a point I couldn't read them. THIS IS DEFINITELY A FRAUDULENT PRODUCT. I will only ever buy directly form my doctor from now on.
