Just received this eye cream and upon the first use, the product came out separated as if it wasn’t held at the correct temperature or it was old/had been sitting awhile. I did shake a couple times for the second and third use but it is still very thin and slimy which is surprising since I went for the Riche version which I assumed would have more substance. Not sure if I got a bad batch? I’ve had other expensive eye creams and this one doesn’t have the same feel. Pretty bummed considering the price point and I was hopeful due to the positive reviews.
