I used the eyelash serum only once and unfortunately experienced redness, stinging, and swelling around my eyes. Because of this reaction, I stopped using the product immediately. I also felt disappointed that when I asked about returning the product, I was told I needed the barcode from the packaging. As the serum cost nearly £70 and I had only used it once before experiencing a reaction, I found this very frustrating. Unfortunately, this product was not suitable for me.
