Nice Concept Falls Short

Ardell Nail Addict Nail Strips in Lavender Bliss is a gorgeous purple with silver brilliantly mixed in. They were quite awkward to apply and fit to my nails. I used mini scissors to cut the excess and then file. Afterwards I put a layer of clear quick-dry nail polish on top. I was frustrated with the final look. It just didn't look polished to me and the texture felt like stretchy rubber. I quit after only one nail. The look lasted only one hour before coming off at the top so I just pulled it off in one piece. These nail strips are a cool concept but are just not for me.
