Firstly, this being a sample the packaging is plain and boring, your standard sample bottle so I have no idea what the retail packaging or bottle would be like which is a shame. Next the scent, this has a clean and fresh overtone but is also musky in the background, the kind of musky you would expect in a barbers, a bit like leather and bay rum. There are also hints of a bitter fruit, like grapefruit perhaps. This could easily be used as a scent for a night out or day to day although you wouldn’t need too much for everyday activities as it’s quite pungent, but in a good way. Intimately I enjoyed the scent and it felt like it would be good for me but after having worn it a few times it takes on a different turn when on the skin and both me and my partner found it a little insipid. To spritz it in to the air around me is still a great smell but just not for me to wear as a scent.
