I like this masque, the ingredients are great and it is super thick and detangling but the packaging isn't the best for how thick it is. The smell is pretty strong and floral and it lasts until you wash it again so if you don't like floral smells or strong smells I would skip this. The health of my hair has definitely improved. For reference i have fine, frizzy, curly hair and lots of it. I also frequently heat style my hair
