One use is all it took to fall in love with this product. This shampoo works! It smells great and transforms your hair with one washing. They only thing I would say negative about it is the cost and the fact that I spent $35 for a shampoo and the twist opening to the bottle doesn't work correctly...it's faulty. The packaging seems cheap for an expensive shampoo.
