I love this cleanser - I got it as part of a gift set and have repurchased a few times. It leaves my face feeling squeaky clean and has this slip that I just love. HOWEVER the cap is impossible to open, especially with wet soapy hands. If they would switch to a pump top or an easier cap, it would be a 10000/10
