Worst customer experience ever. I ordered this item during Black Friday, it shipped, but never arrived. I got an email from dermstore that they “accepted my return” and reached out explaining I did not return the item, it had never arrived, and I wanted it. They kept replying that the return was accepted, and the shipper had apparently marked it undeliverable. Mind you I’ve gotten other items from dermstore delivered to this address before. I explained this to customer service, and they thanked me for my return, while I asked for my item to be reshipped three separate times. Incompetent customer service and terrible experience.
