Poor review is for service, not the product. Product arrived quickly but was marketed as coming with a skinceuticals sample. It’s why I purchased from Dermstore and not a competitor. There was no sample in the box and when I reached out they were not helpful at all. Basically said they did not have to guarantee the free sample. Separately, the product is great so far!
