Hydrates, non greasy but rich. At 61 I have to use a good eye cream or the top of my eyelid starts to sag a bit. Within days this cream helped me bc I had run out of my other good eye cream. Very well priced considering it’s comparable with the creams twice its price. I like to mix up my eye creams and this one is perfect to rotation in.
