This was a freebie. When I twisted the base to push up lipstick the product stayed up. I had to use my fingers to press down. Product seems moist, but it's difficult to apply as the product slides down when in use. I purchased the Neutral Trio of same product. NONE of them went down when base twisted! Is this normal? Weird.
