My pics show two sheer coats. I like the little glitter sprinkles in there. They are subtle but there's no denying them. Dries sort of powdery soft. If you don't get a hard top coat on right away it will dent and get scraped off even after "dry" (as where some polishes dry very hard and I don't NEED a top coat. I like the slightly matte finish. It has not a shine but a sheen.
