My review is not related to the quality of the product, but rather to the lack of customer service. I place this nearly $3000 order before Christmas for my wife. She is happy with the Lyma Laser. My problem arose when she opened the box and noticed three empty spaces where it appears products belong. I reached immediately to Dermstore and they promised to look into it. Four months later, all I get every time I inquire is "they are looking into it." They are not looking into anything, they are waiting for me to give up. Either items are missing or it is just how the box is packaged. It's not a difficult thing for the Customer "Care" Team to figure out - at least if they cared!
