I used this product years ago, when my rosacea was very slight, and I wasn't sure about if Serum RC helped. It certainly did no harm, but I wasn't quite sure it was doing much of anything. I also didn't care for the watery consistency at that time. Since then, however, my rosacea has gotten a good deal worse and none of the products I've been trying seemed to do very much. So I decided to give Luzern a try again, and am very pleased with the results. First off, the Serum RC seems to have been reformulated, and the gel texture now seems to hug the skin closely, and is immediately cooling. A little goes a long way: one pump does my entire face. It's worth the extra care in application since I would say, with less than a month's use, that my facial redness is much improved. Of course the usual suspect triggers still set things off, there are no miracles there. But recovery time after a trigger event is much less, and, day to day, my skin is very much calmed - and cooled down. Thanks Luzerne! And thanks Dermstore for carrying this brand!
