It hurts me to write this review because I love Luzern products so much, however I cannot recommend this item. Unfortunately, this cleanser does not remove make-up very well at all, which makes me wonder if it's cleansing my face of other things like dirt/pollutants, as well... which, is something I need my cleanser to do. Just a fair warning it's super mild. If you wear make-up or are a city gal, this cleanser is not for you. If you live in the country side, wear no make-up, not exposed to many pollutants or dirt, this cleanser is fine. I wish I could return it or exchange it for something else. Purchase with awareness.
