Alright so I originally bought the lightstim because it was cheaper than the Dennis gross light mask by almost 200 dollars. As a test, I wanted to make sure I actually used it which I did. However, I hated that it took so long to use. It’s almost 3 minutes per spot and you I move it around nearly 6 different spots on my face and neck. So then I bought the dr Dennis gross mask. At first I loved it because it was quick and much easier but I noticed the strength of the light was not nearly as powerful as the light stin and I didn’t see as noticeable results. I went back to using light stim and immediately felt the results were more noticeable and clear vs using the Dennis gross red light mask. I think light stim is the standard because when I got to my dermatologist, they have lightstim machines. What I do now is I have two light stim machines and I use both at once so reduce the time it takes.
