I think the product works as described - calmed skin and breakouts, felt relaxing... but I didn't realize how annoying it'd be to be attached to the outlet at all times while using it. I think this would be ok for someone treating a spot or two, not the entire face as it takes A LOT of patience and time to be stuck in one place and holding the device.
