Makes my face brighter!

Okay so I'm late on the kitten train but I'm obsessed with this! I have green eyes and blond hair and this eyeshadow makes my face brighter and more awake looking. I'm sure it would look great on all skin tones and hair colors too! It's so brightening without being too glittery! Highly recommend!
