I have been taking this collagen for a long time now, it's a Good House Keeping tried and tested product and it makes a difference to my skin, feeling firmer, wrinkles less visable. Nails and hair seem stronger. As a person in their sixties, the maximum dose is reqired but that may not be the same for everyone.
